Speaker Series: Protecting & Empowering Young Children

Join us for an online workshop to learn about building healthy relationships and boundaries for our kids – along with the prevention of bullying, abuse, and abduction.

Presented by Kidpower and co-organized by the San Bruno Parents Club + San Bruno Public Library, parents will learn social-emotional safety skills to help children 0-5yo:
• Build strong friendships
• Have healthy relationships of all kinds
• Be safe from bullying, abuse, abduction, & other harm

We'll practice ways parents & caregivers can:
• Teach kids to be safe using fun, not fear
• Help kids set and respect clear boundaries
• Help kids protect their feelings
• Advocate for your kids – and help them learn age-appropriate ways to get help too!

The one hour workshop will be followed by 30 minutes Q&A, for those who want more!

This workshop is FREE. Donations to Kidpower are welcome via PayPal. (Enter 'Kidpower' in the memo field). All donations will be matched by San Bruno Parents Club.

Kidpower has taught over 7 Million people (kids, teens, parents, educators, and the disabled) personal safety and has 40 offices all around the world.
