About this event
Come learn the art of self defense at the United Studios of Self Defense (USSD) in Burlingame on March 28.
Greg at USSD invites families to a complimentary outdoor class*. Parents and children will learn the introductory and essential skills needed to start your training! Together as a family you will work hands-on to practice awareness and basic lifesaving skills—as well as techniques such as grabs, chokeholds and so much more!
